What If My Package Gets Lost Or Arrives Damaged?Updated 12 days ago

We do our best to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. But if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and—if applicable—photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

For damaged items, we kindly ask that you contact us within 3 days of delivery. Once we review the details, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.
