To confirm your booking, full payment is required. Should you need to cancel, we can refund the installation fee if notified at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
Need to change your date? No problem. With 14 days’ written notice, you may reschedule your installation for any date within the following 365 days (subject to availability). If rescheduling isn’t possible, a credit will be issued to your Bonjour Fête account for future use on balloons or in-store purchases.
Please note: Cancellations without proper notice may result in the forfeiture of payments and contract termination.
