We accept returns for online purchases within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your name and order number.

We gladly accept unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

The following items cannot be returned:
- Candy & food
- Balloons
- Lip gloss & lip balm
- Post-holiday sale items
- Additionally, items related to seasonal holidays cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please contact customer service with your order number and photos of the damaged item to arrange for a replacement or refund.
